About Our Founder, Darren Reinke

Darren Reinke fundamentally believes there is greatness within each one of us. His mission is to unleash the inner Greatness within leaders so that they can lead more authentic and joyful lives while creating stronger and more resilient teams, organizations, and communities.

Darren founded The Savage Leader, an executive coaching and training company based in San Diego, to bring his mission to life and to transform leaders, their teams, and their organizations. The Savage Leader works with leaders and teams at Fortune 500’s, mid-market companies, fast-growing startups, and visionary non-profits.

Darren started his career at Accenture and also spent time at successful companies such as Gap, Neutrogena, and ProFlowers prior to launching The Savage Leader

Darren graduated with highest honors from UC Davis and received his MBA from UC Berkeley.
