As the founder of The Savage Leader, he has worked with executives and teams at Fortune 500s, high-growth startups, and industry-leading nonprofits to help them develop the skills and mindset needed to thrive. His leadership programs are designed to create lasting transformation—not just in individual leaders, but in their teams and organizations.

Before launching The Savage Leader, Darren held leadership roles at Accenture, Gap, Neutrogena, and ProFlowers, where he gained firsthand experience navigating complex business challenges and leading high-performing teams. He earned his MBA from UC Berkeley and graduated with highest honors from UC Davis.
